Our Philosophy
It has long been established that Omega-3 is essential for our wellbeing, promoting good brain, adrenal, nerve and sexual health. Unfortunately, modern farming techniques and a 21st century diet high in vegetable fats have vastly reduced our consumption of Omega-3 in recent decades. This has made supplementation crucial.
Wild fish oils, such as salmon and cod, are widely regarded as the best sources of Omega-3. These oils are naturally rich in an Omega-3 that is easy for our body to absorb, especially when the oil is consumed with a high-fat meal. Taking Omega-3 in this way has numerous benefits, from improving our mood and sleep to reducing muscle degeneration and cellular recovery.
We believe that our bodies deserve the best, and we pride ourselves on selling the highest quality products. The fish used in our oils are sourced fresh and wild from sustainable stocks in the North Sea and off the coast of Alaska. The fish are processed soon after being caught in modern refineries to lock in freshness and purified to remove any toxins or heavy metals. It is pure, natural and clean – and the best source of Omega-3 that our bodies can have.

Black pepper is added to slow down the uptake of the inactive metabolites in turmeric, thereby increasing the uptake of the effective active ingredients.

Vitamin K2 (MK-7) is known as a highly bioavailable vitamin K, and as with omega-3, it is important to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. In addition, it is a necessary component to cause blood to clot. The vitamin K2 is, however, most known as being important for building and maintaining healthy bone structure in the body, without the same fear of “overdose” as other forms of vitamin K.

Collagen is a natural component of the body, which is found in connective tissue and skin, and is a major part of joints and tendons. It is rich in three amino acids: glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. The body needs all the essential amino acids, especially after exercise. From the mid-20s, the body's natural collagen production will be reduced. It is therefore recommended to include good quality protein sources, preferably at each meal.
